The Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our main terms and should be, therefore, read alongside our Terms and Conditions.


Please carefully review our shopping and delivery policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.


Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (please keep this email as proof of your purchase).

Orders placed before 02:00 PM will be dispatched the same day; otherwise, within the next business day (If the item is available).

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


We operate Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, we will contact You via email or telephone.

In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Service team.



Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers. Our staff continues to ship orders daily; however, the effect of COVID-19 and supply chain issues have caused extreme shipping delays worldwide. What are my shipping and delivery options?


1. Shipping Rates and Estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Orders under $300 will be charged a shipping fee of $25.

Shipping payment will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the last price for shipping costs to the customer.


We deliver our products using Australia Post.


For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.

Please note that Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


2. Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $300 for all products.


3. Local delivery

Local delivery is not available for all purchases.

We send every order using Post.


4. In-store pickup

In-store and curbside pickup are not available for all purchases. 

We will send the order using Post.


5. Do you deliver internationally?

We do international shipping. Currently, we ship to Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

You can call us before placing the order to confirm the International Shipping.


6. Shipping to P.O. boxes

We are sorry, but we do not ship orders to P.O Boxes in Australia and New Zealand because:

○ We like to ship directly to you so we can be sure where the package ends up. 
○ We prefer to hand you the package so it does not get crushed or damaged in a box.





1. Subject to stock availability

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy, and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.


2. Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so we can investigate.


3. Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.


4. Damages

Surveillance Master is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


5. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.


6. Duties & Taxes


A. Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the Website.

B. Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. Surveillance Master encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. Suppose you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country. In that case, the goods will be returned to the Surveillance Master at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.


7. Pricing
